A clear operating framework for scope, approvals, payment, delivery and responsible use.
Orders and scope
Each catalog product covers the deliverable described at checkout. Personalized packages require a confirmed scope and price before production begins. The final terms should define taxes, currencies and accepted payment methods.
Briefs and approvals
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate scripts, pronunciations, brand files and timing requirements. A production should not start until the brief is confirmed.
Changes after approval
Script changes, new runtimes or a different creative direction may require a revised estimate. Correction of a studio error should be handled separately from a change in scope.
Delivery and support
Delivery timing begins after the brief and any required payment are complete. The final terms should state standard turnaround, revision allowances, file retention and how delays outside the studio’s control are handled.
Responsible use
Customers must have the rights to submitted scripts, trademarks, music, footage and brand materials. VoiceStage assets may not be used for unlawful impersonation, deception or content that violates the final acceptable-use policy.
