Digital products and custom production
Because files and production time cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and whether the delivered files match the confirmed brief.
Before production begins
If VoiceStage has not begun production, contact support with the order number. Any non-recoverable fees or third-party costs will be identified before a cancellation is confirmed.
Corrections and delivery issues
If a file is missing, corrupted or materially different from the confirmed brief, contact VoiceStage with the order number and a clear description. The first remedy is a corrected delivery.
