A readable framework for how VoiceStage handles project briefs, contact details and checkout information.
What we collect
VoiceStage may receive information you provide directly, including contact details, project scripts, pronunciation notes, production dates, brand assets and support messages.
Checkout providers may process payment and billing information. The production site should document the provider used and link to its privacy terms.
How it is used
Project information is used to prepare estimates, record or design the requested assets, deliver files, provide support and maintain the commercial record of the order.
What is shared
Information should be limited to service providers needed to operate the studio—such as hosting, email, secure payment and file delivery. The final policy should name categories, retention periods and international transfer terms.
Your controls
Customers should be able to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Add the final privacy contact, jurisdiction-specific rights and response timeline before launch.
